How do our traditional crafts confront today's innovative techniques?

'Modern Craft' presents Brussels artisans who combine innovation and know-how in their woven creations. They hack each in their own way the technical limits of the art of weaving. A fusion of today's advanced technologies and traditional handwork, from craft to industrial.

From December 2 to February 4, MAD presents 7 forward-thinking Brussels designers and artisans who all work around the craft of weaving. Discover the work of Alexander Marinus, Amandine David, Margaux Minodier, Ana Maria Gomez, Aurélie Defez, Sep Verboom and  Studio Minimètre x BlackWool in our 'Modern Craft' showcase. Get inspired by their work from the outside or come in and have a look inside from Monday to Friday, 11:00 to 18:00.
